How do I check out, renew, and reserve items?

You may reserve items that are currently checked out and will be notified when they are available.  You can reserve items in our catalog or by asking us.

If you receive weekly emails from us, the reserved items will appear on the bottom of those emails. It doesn't mean they are ready for you, just that you are on the reserve list. When the item is ready for you to check out, you will be notified according to the method you have chosen: text, email, or phone.

When your reserved items are ready for you to check out, we will hold most items for 7 days. DVDs and hotspots are held for 2 days.
