The Library offers a variety of computer classes — try one out!
Computer Basics Series: Fridays, 9 am – 10 am (April 6 – May 4)
Join us for this series of five classes for the complete computer novice. We will start at the very beginning and cover the basics of computer use, using the keyboard and mouse, locating and opening programs, making basic Word documents, navigating the Internet, and creating email accounts. There will be lots of hands-on practice!

Can’t make it to our Computer Basics series? Or do you have a specific task you need to do or learn? If so, try our Book a Librarian Computer Help Sessions! Contact us to schedule a session of up to one hour in length with a librarian. Here is a list of the computer help topics we have to offer:

Registration is required for the Computer Basics series and the Book a Librarian sessions. Registration can be completed at the library, by calling 734-439-1240, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Computer Basics classes are held before the library opens from 9-10 a.m.
The Book a Librarian sessions are held by appointments during certain library hours, generally available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and some Saturdays. Please contact us for available times.
